Engager was born from Retention Partners, Australia's first employee engagement retention specialist with 18 years expertise in engagement research, workforce analytics, manager engagement skills training and workforce strategies.

​As Retention Partners, our clients included Qantas, Optus, Red Cross, Woolworths, Australia Post, Origin Energy, Laing O'Rourke, Alcatel Lucent, NSW Area Health Services, Rugby Australia and the Australian Defence Force.

Lisa Halloran, has built a depth and range of experience across all sectors, relying on evidence to support creative and cost-effective workforce solutions.
